Yes. I would eat in there. Reminds of a cafe in Paris I used to frequent in the 90s. It was mainly used by Algerians and had a very North African menu. Nice wooden tables just like those. First place I tasted couscous. And a very strong drink which the head waiter called 'Moukhta'. Don't try it.
