Winterberries

... what was once glimpsed only in the distance

... now lying at my feet / winterberries

  1. Teresa, Thank you for your kind words on my blog today about my sweet dog, Maggi! I need to return to your blog on a daily basis again after so long because I love your narrative/poetry and images. Amy Grassfield's mother is coming to the Twin Cities in October with friends to see me and to see the new Japanese acquisitions at the MIA (I had sent her an article about it recently). Whenever I hear Amy's name, I invariably think of you and our amazing coincidence!

    1. Thank you so much for visiting here this morning ... have a wonderful time with Amy's mom ... so glad to still feel this connection with her ...

The Japanese acquisitions sound wonderful ... I just looked up the article in the MPR News ... that stone ware pot with celadon glaze ... beautiful!

  2. The exquisiteness is dominant with 'sugar-coating':). Mother Nature is always beautiful in her own mysterious way.
