Oh, Teresa, I've just had some time to catch up on your poems (I often stop by, though I don't comment). I love this poem of yours, and take it to heart, being, myself, a Penelope, who sometimes complains of being always having to wait. Sigh.
Your poetry is so beautiful, as are your images. Penny
Penelope is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteReally like the poem :)
This is not the neighbor's car, but looks exactly like her... she is beautiful. Thank you.
DeleteI like all of your poems here, and the images add tremendously.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy you've read them. Thank you for the comment and for joining! I
Deletealways enjoy the poems you post.
Wise eyes watch and say little.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful neighbor you have! Who could resist those eyes!
ReplyDeleteThis is Penelope's "stand-in." Isn't she beautiful? Penelope was the name of Odysseus' wife ... who did some waiting of her own... :)
