Bare Feet on the Cow Path

... bare feet on the cow path

... wild strawberries in the pasture

... lying beneath the cottonwoods ... bellies full of summer

  4. I love Ginger's painting! There are many such beautiful places in my memory and her painting brought them to the surface. And your thoughts took me back to childhood... and forward to next summer.

  5. I've come late to this blog, Teresa. Are the poems yours or are they excerpts from others? Thanks for the answer. Kate

    1. The poems are mine unless noted. I have had one "guest poet" with "He Died Last Week." They are born at Twitter, which has a limitation of 140 characters and are referred top as micropoetry. I'm having fun learning to reduce and winnow...
