What We Choose to Recall

                                 what we choose to recall

... where the stone wall once stood / a patch of wild daisies

  1. 18 syllables well chosen and joined. There is a precision to them that rivals stone-masonry and time. Barriers of thought and emotion can indeed give way to daisies. I've felt it happen. Nicely done, Teresa.

  2. I like the contrast between the stone wall and now daisies. Unexpected changes over time. :)

    1. Thank you, Rita. I drove by this place from my childhood recently, saw the changes, and a poem was born. :)
