Ancient Ruins

... in autumn sunlight / ancient ruins

                       ... pieces of another life

... a crow on the branch of an aspen

  1. One of the most breathtaking autumnal sights, for me, was the aspens of the Jemez Mountains in leaf-change. And now the "me" who witnessed them does feel like a piece of another life and another self. Nice, Teresa :)

    1. It's so interesting to have that feeling ... I've sat in ruins in canyons and felt as though my self, in another life, was right there among the ruins ... I truly believe it's so ... and sometimes I feel like I'm looking at a self that only existed in a dream ... a book I read a long time ago. I'm glad you commented. I always love hearing from you.
